Reset SEL relays to Factory Defaults

The DC Power supply to the relay quit in the middle of a setting download and when the power was restored, the relay EEprom failed.  I was able to communicate with the relay (at a different BAUD rate) and the SEL Tech support had me go to level 2 and type “R_S” which restored the relay to its factory defaults.

Worked Great!!!!
