Possible Winding Voltages Setup Issue With GE Multilin 745 Transformer Management Relay

GE Multilin 745 Transformer Management Relay

This was a nice surprise for me.  Older versions of the SR-745 have a maximum voltage of 200kV.  If you use newer software to set the relay, it indicates a maximum voltage of 2000.0 kV.  If a voltage setting higher than the maximum is uploaded, the relay automatically divides all voltage and MVA values by a factor of 10.  There is NO warning when this happens.  This fix does work but will be a shock when someone else looks at the settings afterward.  A good fix is to change the voltages to line to ground values.
