Connection:
Baud Rate: Direct Connection
Port: 1 (Varies by computer)
Parity: No Parity
Data Bits: 8
Stop Bits: 1
Passwords & Connection Info
Software Username: “” (Blank)
Password: 7169
Slave Address: 1
Unit Password: 1
I’ve seen printouts of the setting but have been unable to figure out how. If anyone knows how, please post detailed instructions.

Thanks for reaching out. That relay wasn’t very reliable when it was new, so I am not surprised you are having problems with it.
You need to replace the relay.
