The InterNational Electrical Testing Association (NETA at http://www.netaworld.org/) just informed us that our latest online training course, Drawing Phasor Diagrams for Relay Testers, has been approved for 4 Continuing Technical Development Credits (NETA CTDs). This means that, once again, all of our courses are eligible for NETA CTDs.
Our online training courses aren’t your typical “Let’s just video an instructor in front of a whiteboard” or “Let’s just read a PowerPoint presentation” kind of online training. All of our online training courses start with a short video of the theory behind a topic, followed by a real world application, and then you complete hands-on training exercises based on real-life situations. We make sure you can apply the theory to the real world, and provide a certificate of achievement after you pass a final quiz. Our learning management system keeps track of your progress for you so that you can start, stop, and re-start the course any time. This means that you can fit these courses in your busy schedule and still get the NETA CTDs you need to maintain your certification.
We currently have online online training course and four online training seminars for electrical workers who want to learn the basics of electricity to help them truly understand and interpret their test results instead of pushing the right sequence of buttons to get a “pass” for their test sheets.

These courses and seminars are eligible for NETA Continuing Technical Development Credits (CTDs). NETA Certified Technicians (Level III and Level IV) are required to earn a minimum of 48 CTDs every three years to maintain their certification. For more information about the CTD program and requirements, please contact the NETA office at neta@netaworld.org or 888-300-6382.
